Mothers Day Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Promotion commences Monday 3 May 2016 at 9am AEST and entries are due by Sunday 8 May 2016 at 11.59pm AEST.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia and only one entry per person will be accepted. Employees of Healthy Habits Franchising Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate or any Healthy Habits branded store are not eligible for entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must seek permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
4. Healthy Habits reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.  Verification is at the discretion of Healthy Habits, whose decision is final.  Healthy Habits reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
5. This is a game of skill. The competition involves posting a short message (no longer than 25 words) of what makes your mum unique. The most unique answer will be awarded winner. The winner will be judged by Healthy Habits. In determining the winner Healthy Habits will have regard to the number of ‘Likes’ and shares for each entry. All decisions by Healthy Habits are final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. All entries can be made by posting your emoji message to the Healthy Habits Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HealthyHabitsAU
7. Healthy Habits accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to any technical problems.
8. The winner will be announced by Wednesday, 11 May 2016. The winner will be contacted by Facebook private message and their details will be published on the Healthy Habits Facebook page.
9. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Copying an existing entry or writing is called plagiarising and it is against the law. If plagiarism occurs, the entrant will be disqualified.  Healthy Habits will not be held responsible for any plagiarised work entered into the competition.
10. Healthy Habits reserves the right to disqualify unsuitable entries.
11. If insufficient entries have been received in the opinion of the promoter, Healthy Habits reserves the right to cancel the competition.
12. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice and their entry in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter is Healthy Habits Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 89 667 580 210 of Level 6, 428 George Street, Sydney NSW, Australia 2000, telephone 02 9224 0460.
14. Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the terms of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at http://www.staging.healthyhabits.com.au/privacy-policy. Information collected as part of the promotion will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.  By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
15. The prize is a $50 Gift Card selected by agreement between the Promoter and the Winner.
