HEALTHY HABITS REWARDS CLUB (HHRC)

1. Users must collect a “Healthy Habits Rewards Card” (HHRC) from a participating Healthy Habits store, in order to join the program
2. All HHRC must be registered by visiting www.healthyhabits.com.au/rewards, prior to any rewards being earned or redeemed.
3. All required fields need to be completed in order for the registration to be processed.
4. There is a limit of one (1) HHRC per person only.
5. In order to earn points, users must present their HHRC in store each time they make a full priced purchase.
6. Points earned deliver the following benefits:
   i. A $5 food credit for every $50 spent at the store ($5FC*); and
   ii. Every 8th coffee free (8CF**).
7. The HHRC is valid for use and redemption at all participating Healthy Habits stores.
8. The HHRC cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. By joining the HHRC program, you agree to receive ongoing Healthy Habits promotional material.

FOR ALL HEALTHY HABITS VOUCHERS

1. No Loyalty Card stamp will be issued.
2. Original Vouchers only.
3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Healthy Habits voucher.
4. Only one voucher per transaction.
5. May not be reproduced or copied by any means what-so-ever.
6. Healthy Habits Franchisees and their staff have the right to refuse the use of the voucher if there is any evidence of tampering or duplication.
7. Voucher-holders have the right to request Healthy Hab Pty. Ltd. to assess any decision made by Cold Rock Franchisees, by writing to .

HEALTHY HABITS $5 GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Healthy Habits $5 Gift Vouchers (“HH$5) have a value of AU$5.
2. HH$5 are to be treated like cash.
3. Lost of stolen HH$5 will not be replaced or refunded.
4. HH$5 are valid at all Healthy Habits stores within Australia.
5. No change will be given.
6. HH$5 are not redeemable for cash.
7. HH$5 are not valid unless they are stamped with an approved store stamp and the purchase date entered.
8. HH$5 are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
9. HH$5 may not be reproduced or copied by any means what-so-ever.
10. Healthy Habits Franchisees and their staff have the right to refuse the HH$5 if there is any evidence of tampering or duplication.
11. Recipients of HH$5 have the right to request HHM to assess any decision made by Healthy Habits Franchisees, by writing to .

HEALTHY HABITS COFFEE LOYALTY CARDS (HHCLC)

1. The HHCLC entitles the user to receive 1 free coffee after 7 full priced coffees have been purchased.
2. Only one (1) stamp per coffee may be made on a HHCLC, no matter the value. (For example, a small coffee and a large coffee are both entitled to one stamp each).
3. There are no limits to a transaction. (For example, if one purchases 5 coffees in one transaction, then the HHCLC must be stamped 5 times).
4. Free coffee may only be redeemed once there has been an accumulation of 7 stamps on a single HHCLC.
5. The free coffee is 8oz size only.
6. Only approved Store Stamps are valid.
7. Franchisees and their staff have the right to refuse any HHCLC with non-approved stamps, or with any evidence of tampering or duplication.
8. HHCLC are not valid with any other offer.

$2 MOUNT FRANKLIN WATER OFFER

1. One (1) 600ml Mount Franklin Water may be purchased for $2 with every sandwich transaction.
2. Limit of one (1) $2 Mount Franklin Water per transaction.
3. Mount Franklin Water is 600ml size only.
4. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or free product. (I.E. no free or discounted product).
5. Offer may be removed at any time without notice.

ENTERTAINMENT BOOK VOUCHERS

1. The voucher entitles the bearer, upon presentation, to receive a free Wrap or Sandwich, when another Wrap or Sandwich of equal or greater value is purchased.
2. The offer is valid at all Healthy Habits stores.
3. Only one transaction per Entertainment Book voucher.
4. No loyalty stamp will be issued.
5. Not valid with any other discount or offer.
6. Valid until 1st June 2020.
7. Voucher must be surrendered at time of redemption or ‘redeemed’ if the digital Entertainment Book alternative is presented.

BUY ONE GET ONE FREE HOT BEVERAGE

1. The voucher entitles the bearer, upon presentation, to receive a free Hot Beverage, when another Hot Beverage of equal or greater value is purchased.
2. Not valid at the Melbourne Airport store.
3. Only one transaction per Entertainment Book voucher.
4. No loyalty stamp will be issued.
5. Not valid with any other discount or offer.
6. Valid until 1st June 2020.
7. Voucher must be surrendered at time of redemption or ‘redeemed’ if the digital Entertainment Book alternative is presented.
